At a time when key workers all over the world are rightly being applauded and realisation of their value is increasingly appreciated it is a National Disgrace that qualified and experienced caregivers have been disqualified from working in children's homes for no good reason and appeals for sense and justice at the highest level remain unanswered at this time of National Crisis.
