In the elections on Thursday 2 May (next week), you now need a valid form of photo ID to vote, such as a passport or driving licence. The bad news? Not everyone has one.

In London, the election will be EXTREMELY close. Polling suggests that the new photo ID rules could exclude 15% of Londoners from voting—easily enough to swing an election. That worries me.

⚫ Ending homelessness
⚫ Delivering rent controlled homes
⚫ Investing in youth clubs
⚫ London's values of diversity and openness

We simply cannot let London slip backwards. We need to come out in big numbers next week.
