I believe that there should be a ban on the public sales of fireworks because there are too many incidents such as fires caused by people who think it's funny to post lit fireworks through doors or to aim them at people. This year has seen children harmed by fireworks and bonfires, families lose their homes and belongings. I enjoy displays as much as the next person however I believe that there should be strict licencing and only companies that have licences can put on displays. People don't think how much stress they put animals in or how they disturb young children by having firework whenever they feel. So I call on everyone to make a stand and ask for public sales of fireworks to be banned.
