We have a 1 year old girl and as a family we all love to eat out but on so many occasions when we have asked a member of staff do they have a baby changing facility the answer has been NO!!!  The solution they give us is to change her on the floor in the toilets or on our knee in one of the cubicles???  How is this acceptable??  Surely if these places are trying to attract families then it should be made mandatory that they should offer the correct facilities for children of a certain age group and install the correct changing tables and not offer the floor!!!
