When Legal Regulation fails the UK Justice system fails.

United Nations and European Conventions on Human Rights dictate that UK citizens are entitled to access to a fair and proper Justice system.

We left the EU but we have not left the jurisdiction  of the European Court of Human Rights

It seems that even the UK Government are prepared to ignore International Law by breaching agreements

An application needs to be filed to  European Court of Human Rights calling for action to ensure proper UK Legal Regulation and compliance with International conventions on human rights for access to justice
