We had the appointment in Paris on 18 th February 2015, the information was posted on 15 th March 2015, it was laid before parliament on 16 th March 2015 and came into force on the 6 th April 2015. The refusal letter was received 1 st week in March 2015. I cannot believe that UK4 Visa didn't have advance notice.
Would you agree that Catherine will now have the right of entry to the UK on the basis of her having a Carte de sejour
I propose to run the gauntlet and test the system. I interpret that above information allows Catherine the right to visit the UK with me on the basis of her Carte de sejour (Certificate of residency).
If I'm "nicked" visitors at the local dungeon will be welcome.
My thanks to one of our supporters who brought this information to my attention
