The Government Has Rejected an Elephant Captivity Ban

The UK Government has decided not to phase out elephant captivity, choosing new zoo standards instead. Those standards will allow elephants to remain captive, with some changes not required until 2030 or even 2040. 4,383 of us are demanding something better.
