Thanks to the pressure of ordinary people across the country we got the government to do something that seemed impossible only a few months ago - well done all of us!! What an extraordinary few months working together to bring the ecological emergency to the forefront of public consciousness and political discourse. Let's make sure this historical moment is the turning point when the work of transforming our economy and society into genuine systemic change takes root, and we can ensure we all thrive in the future. At the Climate Emergency Solutions Summit here at CAT tomorrow many "solutionists" will be digging deeper into this work. One last thank you for your support with this petition, this movement, this moment, and a gentle reminder of small individual acts that scale up to large impacts: support divestment from fossil fuels campaigns, switch to a green energy provider, consider an electric car/ bicycle, think twice before flying, be mindful of wasting heat and hot water, and most importantly, stay involved!
