The #understandmyhair campaign is reaching new milestones as I met Dawn Butler MP and discussed the reality of making this change happen. She has openly said she supports the campaign and shared her own experiences too. This was all part of a podcast on the BBC called the Next Episode where I discuss exactly what hair discrimination is, the reasons why I started the petition and found out from Color of Change how they managed to change legislation in the US.
