I have some exciting news for you: the four-day week is officially coming to the UK.

Today we have launched a new four-day week pilot programme in partnership with 4 Day Week Global, leading think tank Autonomy and researchers at Cambridge University, Oxford University and Boston College.

The programme will be the UK’s biggest trial of a four-day week so far and we’re looking for 20-30 organisations that are interested in supporting workers, enhancing productivity and having a positive impact on our society and the environment to sign up.

The companies involved in the pilot will be pioneers of a four-day week in the UK - and will have unparalleled access to all the expertise, tools and resources needed to run a successful trial, including workshops, mentoring and a support network. Researchers will also work with each organisation to measure the impact on productivity and employee wellbeing.

We don’t need to wait around for Government policy with this campaign. We can make a four-day week happen now!
