MPs are given their jobs to represent their constituents and the country as a whole. Too many current MPs have never held real jobs and lived as real people. They are insulated against the life led by ordinary voters.

It is time that those MPs who refuse to acknowledge those who gave them their job must face being removed and more quickly than at present.

Like any employee, dismissal happens when they are shown to be unable or unwilling to do their job properly.

The decisions and behaviour of MPs affect not only their constituents but also the rest of the UK; once they have entered Parliament, they must be subject to the will of the majority. This includes dismissal as an MP if required.
