Imprison these two convicted paedophiles instead of sparing them appropriate punishment
The Issue
Jennifer and Julie Fellows were convicted of a variety of sexual crimes against a six year old boy yet were spared a jail term as the judge deemed it would be too isolating because they're deaf. A disability which in no way affects their mental capacity and thus does not absolve them of understanding or accountability for their actions.
Some of the offences these ladies were convicted of carry a minimum jail sentencing yet the judge waived these in the interest of the criminals comfort
it is disgraceful that these two sexual predators have been spared the appropriated punishment for thesd crimes and it is clear that this is not due to to their disability but due to their gender as the case of Kenneth Walker, a deaf criminal, charged with sexual offences shows precedent that being deaf is not an acceptable reason to spare a sexual predator from prison.
Please sign this petition to tell the government and judiciary bodies that the leniency shown these criminals is not acceptable and hopefully to ensure that justice is served for the victim, the victims family and most importantly for these two criminals to be appropriately punished for their crimes and to be kept from re-offending on another innocent child.

"A court heard Julie was aged 14 when she lured the young boy, aged six, into a petrol station toilets in 2000 where she touched herself intimately.
On another occasion she performed oral sex on the victim who thought the behaviour was “the norm” because it happened so frequently.
Julie also had sex with the boy on a sofa several years later when he was aged 14 while her boyfriend asleep in the the same property.
The abuse only stopped when the victim spoke to friends and realised the behaviour wasn’t normal.
Julie was found guilty following a trial of indecently assaulting a boy between the ages of six and nine from October 2000 to April 2004, and sexual activity with the same child between the ages of 13 to 17 from October 2008 to October 2010.
Jennifer admitted gross indecency with a child under 16 between October 2000 and April 2004 and inciting a male child aged between 13 and 17 to engage in non-penetrative sexual activity between October 2008 and October 2010."
