Matende who is just 23 yo has been diagnosed with marlira he is unable to pay for his treatment and he is suffering in bad pain in the meantime the marlira is getting worse he at this stage can be treated if his condition gets worse as it is as he is loosing blood from his mouth and nose his throat is sore and in bad pain if untreated he will die and them children need him he takes good care of them so if you can all kindly help me to help another would be appreciated that you my love to all xx
