Hello everyone,
As this petition approaches 200 signatures, it's clear that the truth is gaining traction — and that scares some people. I’ve now received notice that a complaint was submitted in an attempt to flag this petition.
Let me be clear: I strongly believe this complaint was filed by Michael Uzu himself — not the University or the Delaware DOJ — because he is afraid of the truth becoming public. It’s not surprising. He has never shown remorse, never apologized, and instead has focused on protecting his career and image. While I’ve been left to rebuild my life with a permanent brain injury, Michael has tried to circulate flattering articles about himself in an attempt to erase what he did.
This petition is not defamatory. It is a public record of my lived experience, supported by verifiable facts, legal filings, photographic and video evidence, university findings, and internal correspondence. Every statement has been made in good faith, with care, precision, and documentation. Truth is the strongest defense — especially against someone trying to escape accountability for extreme, violent, and traumatizing abuse. What Michael Uzu is doing is cowardly and typical abuser behavior.
If anything, this attempt to silence me only underscores how urgently this story needs to be told.
I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced. He’s scared. People are paying attention.
Please don’t let this story be buried. Don’t let Michael Uzu get away with it. When I get pushed down, I get back up — and I’m standing tall today because of all of you.
Now more than ever, I ask you to:
Speak truth to power.
Protect the right of survivors to be heard without fear.
Thank you again for standing with me.
