Edit of Petition

Hello Highlanders,

It was brought to my attention that UCR TAPs has stated that they are refunding parking permits until the first day back on campus. For transparency reasons, I wanted to make this update because I will change the petition to reflect that in order to ensure that our case for our position is strong and has no cracks.
