There is clear evidence as to how Martin Maes was given a specified substance by the volunteer Doctor at the NZ Enduro in order to prevent serious injury. Given the testimony of the doctor and pictorial evidence of the incident the punishment is unjustified. Martin Maes should be re-instated immediately, able to compete, and receive no penalty.
