Uber to reimburse riders when driver cancels after 3 minutes
The Issue
here's is a very bad practice from Uber. when you order a car and after 2 minutes you decide to cancel the ride, Uber will charge you a 'cancellation fee' however, when you stand in the rain in frigid weathers and order a ride BUT this time its the driver who chooses to cancel the ride - he gets away free! leaving yo alone and cold.
Lets change this by having Uber compensate the rider by giving him a credit!!
