As of today, the OMB/OIRA is still reviewing the FDA's final rule submission, and unfortunately the documents are not available for public view. I wanted to take a minute to share the attached blog post. This is from a Public Health official in England and it details how he went from being initially overly cautious against e-cigs to now supporting their use. It is an excellent example of how the truth can eventually win out.
