The petition is still going strong, currently 20,697 signatures. I wanted to share a CASAA call to action with anyone who might be unaware. It is urging congress to support changing the grandfather date for vapor products in regards to the deeming regulations. IF the FDA is successful with the deeming, the 2007 grandfather date will result in a de facto ban on 99% of vapor products.
