Hello and THANK YOU FOR SIGNING this student initiated ERA YES online petition.                                                                                                     In 1923 Alice Paul and others began campaigning to add an Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Fast forward one hundred years to 2023 and women still do not have Constitutional equality; the ERA has not yet been added to the U.S. Constitution.                                                           Share. Tell others.                                                                                  One hundred years later it is time for the ERA to be published by the U.S. Archivist as the 28th Amendment.   38 states have ratified the ERA.         No more excuses, delays or discrimination.                                            Why leave women's rights unprotected?
