47-47 vote. CARES stiumlus bill does not pass

Congress voted on the HR 748 stimulus bill that is a response to HR 6201 last night. Unfortunately, the bill was not passed and votes were down party lines. Now more than ever we need to alert Congress that HR 6201 poses a threat to the viability of all small business, but particularly to dentistry and that we NEED HR 748 to relieve us.

PLEASE, share the petition. And PLEASE write your senators. The time is ticking, and we need to encourage our senators to put aside partisan actions and urge them to UNDERSTAND the bill on the floor.

This is a tall order seeing as yesterday the bill was 393 pages long. But *THIS* is what we have elected them to do. It is not the time to shout, "I'm a republican" or "I'm a democrat." It is time to shout "I AM AN AMERICAN!"
