Are you one of the one million women that became a widow this year in the United States or do you know someone who has become a widow? No one chooses to become a widow, but will you join us in becoming an advocate to improve rights for widows?
It's official. We are marching in Washington, DC on June 23 for International Widows Day. You are all invited and we hope you will join us!!

This International Widows March has been a long time coming. In order to make it an amazing success, we ask for you to please consider a financial donation to further support our widow advocacy efforts - in addition to signing and sharing our petition (thank you to our 10,311 supporters, 1626 shares and 158K views :).
This international widows march event will raise necessary awareness for widows needs, injustices and for their voices to be heard. This event costs around $5000 between Modern Widows Club and Global Fund for Widows. And it's important we make it happen in 2023!!!
Every dollar helps us ensure this level of advocacy exists to enact necessary change. Caring for widows includes caring for widows organizations so we may care for widows worldwide. Click the red links for Modern Widows Club and Global Fund for Widows to donate what you can: $10, $20, $50, $100 and $250.
Reach out to us at support@modernwidowsclub.org for questions or comments or larger donations. We appreciate all the incredible support this petition has rallied to advance the rights of widows worldwide. This march is the next step. We are making progress. Together!!!
Sincerely,
