As many of you know the Humane Society of the U.S. and Humane Society Legislative Fund have been pushing a terrible plan called the "path forward" that would require 30,000 wild horses to be roundup per year until the population is down to 27,000. We're trying to stop them by pushing a federal funding amendment this week that would require $11 million of the funds to be used on PZP birth control instead of costly and horrific roundups and surgical sterilization in the field.
