This is another media report that I am in from last year, I'm at the end of this report. This was all caught on video using Esther's Law. You can see that Senator Kent Smith is in this video saying how they need to fix nursing homes, and he never does. He is still in office and I been emailing this for three years to amend Esther's Law with no response. But he makes it look like he is the savor of our loved ones in long term care facilities, he's not.
This video shows you how this nursing homes who was one of the worst in Ohio with many cases of abuse and dozens of complaints and none of them were listed on the Department of Health's site. The media confronts the DOH about this, see what they say. This nursing home had to change their name because of all the negative media stories about them. A lot of families from this facility called me.
This shows you just how much The Department of Health, Department of Aging, Legislators and nursing homes get away with, and they still do. This is going to get much worse in the next year,
