Iowa uses Ohio's Esther's Law for Their Camera Law

This is when Iowa used Esther's Law for their Bill to have cameras in nursing homes. Iowa's camera law failed three times. Legislators protect privacy before they protect our most vulnerable loved ones from neglect, abuse, rape and murder.
