Esther's Law a Federal Law

We have a petition to make Esther's Law a federal law for cameras in all long term care facilities in all states. This video tells gives you a lot of information on nursing homes, abuse, cameras, hidden cameras, and over 100 years of nursing homes. Cameras work and Task Forces, the star system, the Department of Health, Ombudsman, Police, Attorneys and facilities don't. A camera tells the truth of what is happening and it works many different ways. All privacy issues have been fully compliant to this law as well as all other issues. There are no issues not in compliance with a camera law in long term care facilities. It is not a mandatory law, if you don't want a camera, don't put one it.
