You are all terrific. We are hoping this is a voice vote. As a suspension of rules the passage requires a 2/3 majority. Once treated as suspension these usually pass. If that happens the bill will go back to Senate where sponsors have prepared to fast track the change. The danger then is just 1 Senator can stop this fast track. We will keep you informed!
