2022 Midterm elections just concluded and the pattern continues

There is a growing tendency to accept results only if you win and refuse to concede if there is a loss. This is wrong.

A common electoral code has to evolve. Reporting of results has to be from a common central agency that reports to the legislative and judiciary.
