By his repeated and flagrant violations of clear language of the U.S. Constitution, the United States Code, and the controlling case law of both the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court, Mr. Mills has repatedly violated his oath of office and, on occassion, acted illegally to enforce private vendettas within the State of Mississippi.
