3-3-18, 7:30am Hello all, today is the second year anniversary of my arrest on made up falsified charges. And an indictment that was given because the prosecutors fabricated and withheld information. As of today so far 8 people including the original targets of this indictment have had their charges dropped and now are free men on the outside. 2 men were acquitted of all charges. 7 men were coerced, buffalo'd, and or forced into taking some type of a plea deal. Out of those 7, 2 of them are the only ones that there is photographic evidence of them pointing their rifles at the BLM agents. Those 2 are home free. The remaining 2 men on this indictment, almost a year later one has still not been sentenced, and the last is sitting in a level 3 maximum security prison for 68 years. It has been 6 months since I have spoken with my mother, i cannot describe how much this hurts. It has been 5 1/2 months since i have spoken to a friendly voice, My friend and advocate on the outside. It is 3 months until i'll be able to make a phone call or have visitors. Gee, aren't I a lucky man.
