I have worked alongside retired, US Wisconsin Senator Timothy Cullen, in 2012 after losing my 12 year old daughter, Payton Ruth Anne Richardson, to bullying; in many forms. Senator Cullen, wrote a Cyber Bully Bill, which would be the 1st for Wisconsin and I rallied with him to make this a law for Wisconsin children and in honor of my late daughter, Payton. We stood on the floor of the House of Representatives and testified as to why we need this bill to pass for our children's safety. WE PASSED THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES UNANIMOUSLY, 9 TO 0!!! Once again I am in need of signatures so we can now convince the Speaker of the House to schedule us to take the Senate Floor.
