Democrats and Republicans have introduced legislation in the U.S. Congress requesting WMD designation for illicit fentanyl.

Over fifteen members of Congress have co-sponsored this legislation to date.

Email your Congress member in the U.S. House of Representatives and ask them to co-sponsor H.R.8030, H.Res.1172, H.Res.1327, and H.R.9162.
