Year-end wrap-up from South Florida Wildlands Association!
Threats to wildlife in the Greater Everglades is the central focus of South Florida Wildlands Association. The message at the link below recently went out to supporters of our organization - summarizing our campaigns for 2018 (including this one) and asking for support to carry out our work in the coming year.

Also want to add a huge THANK YOU to all those who have signed this petition and worked hard to bring it to nearly 90,000 signers in such a short amount of time. This is a first petition for our organization - and we're overjoyed with the response it's getting. With your help, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is now well-aware of growing opposition to the proposed destruction and degradation of so much of the essential habitat the Florida Panther needs to survive. We will do all we can to get the agency to pull the plug on this before a final decision is released in 2019.
