Thank You for Standing With Us: The Fight to Ban Asbestos Continues

Today marks the 10th anniversary of TSCA reform, a milestone that strengthened EPA's authority to protect Americans from dangerous chemicals. The fight continues with you. 

We are grateful to every advocate, patient, family member, scientist, healthcare professional, and supporter who has helped advance this cause.

But our work is not finished.

Just weeks ago, more than 121,000 children's toys were recalled after testing identified asbestos, while EPA's chrysotile asbestos rule faces another legal challenge in federal court.

Congress can finish the job by passing the Alan Reinstein Ban Asbestos Now (ARBAN) Act and establishing a comprehensive asbestos ban.
