These stories show that the cause of the LED headlight crisis is the profit-minded insurance industry, along with NHTSA's regulatory failures.  The insurance industry and the IIHS are driving the brightness wars, ignoring the health and well being of the public.

These stories show real progress in exposing the true nature of the LED headlight disaster.  We can now use these articles to push Congress to open an investigation.  You can help our cause be sending these articles to your Representative in Congress and demanding to know when Congress is going to open an investigation into NHTSA and the FDA's failure to solve the LED headlight issue.
