Ban Blinding Headlights! Intent to Sue Ford and NHTSA
Dear Supporters,
Ford Motor Company recently settled a claim with NHTSA for $175 Million for failing to comply with 49 U.S.C. Section 30118 regarding recalls of defective vehicle cameras. (https://www.nbcnews.com/business/recall/ford-agrees-165-million-nhtsa-penalty-faulty-recall-accusations-rcna180461)
Today I notified both Ford and NHTSA that they have also not complied with 49 U.S.C. Section 30118 in regard to defective LED vehicle headlight technology and that it is my intent to file a lawsuit for non-compliance.
