This news article confirms that the new Labour government in the UK will continue the LED headlight investigation started by the Tory government.  This investigation is the result of the efforts of Baroness Diane Hayter of the UK House of Lords and her Headlight Working Group.

In the USA, we are continuing to contact members of the US Congress and requesting a similar investigation into the failure of the NHTSA and FDA to set standards for LED headlights.
