Dear Supporters,
This photo of a Wells Fargo bank illustrates the failure of the US Government. The US Government is simultaneously dictating the use of hazardous LED light sources while failing to publish any regulations to protect public health, safety, civil rights or the environment from LED visible radiation.
Where are the energy savings in this photo? Where are the regulations to protect public health, safety, and civil rights? Where is the shielding to prevent light trespass nuisance? How have these LEDs improved our quality of life? The only thing missing from this photo is a truck with LED headlights.
We still have not found a champion for this cause. After years of effort, not a single member of the US House of Representatives or US Senate has held a hearing on the LED catastrophe. If Congress were to hold a hearing, they would surely understand that there is a silent conspiracy by the FDA, NHTSA, DOT, DOE, Access Board, OSHA, CPSC, EPA, and all the other federal agencies to push the LED agenda while ignoring public health, safety, civil rights and environmental health.

- Submit an LED Incident Report on the Soft Lights Foundation website (https://www.softlights.org/led-incident-submission/) and ask two other people to submit a report.
- Send this photo to your Representative in Congress and request a meeting to discuss the necessity of Congress holding a hearing on the LED disaster.
