Dear Supporters,

Today the FDA was officially served my lawsuit to require that the FDA comply with 21 U.S.C. 360hh - 360ss and publish performance standards for LED products, including LED vehicle headlights.  The FDA now has 60 days to respond.  The FDA's response will provide insight as to what their strategy is regarding regulation of Visible Light radiation emitted by LED products.
