Today I was struck by two LED lights on a pickup truck that were pointed backwards from near the top of the cab. I suffered significant eye pain for 15 minutes. I submitted a Radiation Exposure Incident Report to the FDA. Any time you are involved in an LED exposure incident such as from blinding LED headlights, you may file this report. This is one of the best ways to let the FDA know what's happening to us. Click on the link below to access the FDA website, then click on the link for Form FDA 3649. There is a check box for LED exposure.  Submit the completed form via email to: RadHealthCustomerService@fda.hhs.gov
