Dear Supporters,

On May 5, 2022, the US Department of Justice announced a new Office of Environmental Justice department.  While it may not seem to be directly related to LED headlights, I have submitted a request to this new OEJ to investigate the entire LED fraud - LED headlights, LED streetlights, LED flashing lights, LED floodlights, and LEDs in appliances.

The US Department of Energy's recent Final Rule on General Service Lamps is based on the fundamentally false claim that LED light is the same as incandescent light.  It is this false claim that underpins the entire switch to LED, including LED headlights, and it is fraudulent.  Just like cigarette makers claimed that nicotine is not addictive and Purdue Pharma claimed that OxyContin is not addictive, and Theranos claimed that they could run hundreds of tests on a single drop of blood, the US Department of Energy claims that LED light and incandescent light are the same.  The first 3 frauds have already been settled.  The LED fraud is waiting to be investigated.
