Dear Supporters,

1) It took us a month to collect 1,000 signatures in November, but only two weeks to collect 1,000 signatures in December.  We hope that we can continue to collect signatures at an ever faster pace.  Please share the petition and send it to your local TV news station and ask them to do a story on the toxic, hazardous, discriminatory and illegal LED headlights and to promote this petition.

2) We notified Chuck DeWeese, Chair, Governors Highway Safety Association, about these blinding LED headlights and Mr. DeWeese responded to us that he would have his staff investigate.

3)  Russ Mitchell and Emily Baumgaertner reported on the large increase in pedestrian deaths (https://blendle.com/i/los-angeles-times/virus-fuels-another-deadly-trend/bnl-latimes-20211210-e16775f9 but nothing in the story discussed blinding LED headlights.  We contacted these reporters and asked them to investigate LED headlights and promote this petition.
