We were sent a link to this article by Johnna Crider in Clean Technica describing how Tesla will begin using matrix LEDs and ADB in Europe.
What Ms. Crider did not write about was how existing spatially heterogeneous LED headlights are already illegal in the USA and how NHTSA is not recalling these illegal LED headlights to protect the safety of Americans. As you can see in the diagram below, LED headlights fall outside of the orange box of light sources covered by FMVSS-108. https://www.softlights.org/led-radiation/
