Dear Supporters,

A few of you wrote that Havana Syndrome LEDs sounds too much like a conspiracy theory.  Therefore, I have softened the language.  Below is a letter that you may send to any class action law firm to see if you can get a bite.  I am also posting a link to a technology dense article that explains the physics.  https://www.softlights.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/ILSC-Radiance-of-the-Sun-1.5056816.pdf

Dear Law Firm,

1) LED headlights do not comply with NHTSA FMVSS-108 regulations because LEDs are non-homogenous light sources.

2) LED streetlights do not comply with IES RP-8-18 standards because LEDs are non-homogenous light sources.

3) Our petition is nearly at 25,000 possible plaintiffs:  https://www.change.org/p/u-s-dot-ban-blinding-headlights-and-save-lives

4) LEDs cause Havana-Syndrome-type effects such as epileptic seizures, migraines, psychological trauma, and eye damage because they are a directed energy source.

Any personal injury, ADA, or product defect lawsuit related to LED headlights or LED streetlights can be won on the basis of the information supplied above.

Sincerely,
Your Name
