Sadly, the CBC chose to ignore the real problems such as color temperature, Spectral Power Distribution, luminance and politics.

The headlight issue is the second half of the video.  One useful part of this video is where they sit in a simulator and a car with blinding headlights comes at them.  Let me know if this is what you are experiencing.  Mark Baker - mbaker@softlights.org
