I took this photo as a passenger in a vehicle tonight. The large ball of white-hot fire you see in the photo is exactly what our eyes see. This turns out to be the headlights from a truck.
NHTSA's stance and the National Safety Council's stance for 4 years has been that there is nothing wrong with this glare. Now that we have a new administration coming in, it's time to solve this crisis of headlight glare.
You have communicated to me that you are working on this, and we all appreciate your efforts. Can you please give me a status update and what happens next?
