Everyone is affected by blinding lights. Pedestrian, cyclist and passenger fatalities are all up to historic levels in the past 3-4 years. Los Angeles, for instance, has seen over and 80% increase in pedestrian fatalities. With thousands claiming to be blinded on the road, the LED headlights must be a prime culprit!
