Blinding Headlights: Pedestrian Death Rate at 25 year high!

The 2018 statistics are in and the pedestrian death rate nationwide remains at the highest level in 25 years, for two years in a row!

More SUVs and cellphones are said to be the reason, but the spike is almost exclusively at night! Clearly people drive SUVs and text during the day so it must be blinding headlights!

Now, more than ever, we need to share this petition far and wide! We can make the difference!
