Judge who handled animal control cases banned from ever being a judge.

The judge who presided over charges from the same corrupt animal control director who's illegally threatening people & taking their pets has been permanently banned from being a judge for overstepping her legal authority in different types of cases. One individual charged by animal control was refused an attorney, prosecuted, and sentenced.
