This message is for victims of peckinpaughs or the corrupt muncie animal shelter aka muncie care and animal services regardless who was acting director after peckinpaugh. 

phil peckinpaugh was targeting victims of domestic violence, stalking, harassment, divorce and child custody cases, but he was also targeting males, mainly black males he could easily get charged, however, we believe he has far more victims than thought. We're filing a class action lawsuit over our own fur babies as well as writing it to cover all victims, known, and unknown, and so that the animal shelter will be required to provide information on all animals to see exactly how many victims he has.
